Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for a purchase, Paddle is the seller for that transaction: it may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes, and may issue invoices or receipts where required. Your payment data is also subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Payment card information is processed directly by authorised payment providers.
Valion OS does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or security codes.

- Largify Solutions generally acts as the Data Processor when processing customer information on behalf of the customer.
Where Largify Solutions collects information directly for account management, billing, security, or legal compliance, Largify Solutions acts as an independent Data Controller.
