About the role
You will shape the admin workspace and marketing systems — from booking calendars to FinanceOS — with a focus on clarity for busy service businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own UX for key apps (CRM, Booking, Finance, AI)
- Build and maintain a coherent design system
- Partner with engineering on implementation quality
- Run lightweight research with operators and agencies
Requirements
- 4+ years product design for B2B or SaaS
- Strong Figma craft and systems thinking
