About the role

You will extend our AI gateway, reception agents, and no-code automation platform so operators get reliable actions — not generic chat.

Responsibilities

Implement tool-calling agents against Valion domain APIs
Improve retrieval over Information Hub and tenant data
Ship automation triggers, approvals, and AI steps
Measure quality, latency, and cost of AI features

Requirements

Strong TypeScript and API design
Hands-on LLM tooling (agents, RAG, evals)
